Duration: ASAP until May 26th with possibility for extension or permanency for right candidate



Key Responsibilities

  • Updating any rostering and scheduling services as required in alignment with the monthly site's meter reading cycle;
  • Maintain high level communication with all internal & external customers;
  • Adhere to Policies & Procedures related to the work being undertaken in order to ensure own & others safety in the workplace;
  • Organise the service delivery of allocating Field Service Officers to conduct meter reading and Technical Team to attend for site investigations utilising scheduling and work-flow management software.
  • Liaise with Property Managers and third-party contractors to provide notification in advance of supplied readings requirements;
  • Coordination and delivery of support to Field Service Officer to ensure detailed take-ups of new property services are conducted in a timely manner;
  • Liaise with Property Managers, Facility Managers and other site representatives regarding all matters related to site access;
  • Coordination of inductions for Field Service Officers/Technical Team;
  • Assist the Field Services Team Leader with any training requirements;
  • Ensure Field Services Officers have appropriate equipment and uniform requirements.

  • Previous experience in administration and scheduling essential
  • Intelligent and problem with a quick thinking brain
  • Can multi-task and handle pressure
  • Excellent delegation and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to take ownership of an issue
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
